Praise: I am thankful that God has provided for me to be able to stay home with my kids. I can’t imagine trying to find a babysitter on a snow day.
Prayer: On the flip side, let’s pray for no more snow days!!! =)
Pictures: I am a bit behind on my picture a day posts. On the 12th of this month, the object word was book. I found a Disney book that I had been given when I was very young. The picture is of the front cover and the last page.

Playfulness: Last night, Landon was trying to bribe the person who was in charge of calling a snow day today with the promise of practicing his trumpet extra. Let’s just say, he put in 40 minutes today. =)
Yesterday, after supper, I walked into the kitchen to find one of my children on the floor with his head under the base support of a chair. I asked him what he was doing. His reply, “I’m working on _____ (school subject).” I have a picture, but for the sake of the child, I refrained from posting it or what subject was being studied. Both would incriminate the poor kid.
Dave just showed me a statement he saw posted on Facebook that is appropriate. “If I ever go missing, please follow my kids. They can find me no matter where I try to hide!”
